TERMS.

We built FundedAPI to help you ship faster. These terms keep us both out of trouble. If you use the service, you agree to them.

• ▸ Access to our API on the tier you signed up for (free by default).
• ▸ Data scraped from publicly-available sources — provided as-is.
• ▸ The right to build apps, agents, CRMs, and anything else on top.

• ▸ Resell the raw dataset verbatim (build something on top of it — that's fine).
• ▸ Circumvent rate limits with multiple accounts or VPN rotation.
• ▸ Use the API to spam, harass, or otherwise mistreat the founders listed.
• ▸ Use the data in ways that violate GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or similar laws.

If you contact founders using emails from our data, you must comply with anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction. Include an unsubscribe link. Don't be a jerk. We'll revoke API access for repeat abuse complaints.

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty. We're not liable for data accuracy, missed opportunities, bad deals, or anything else that results from your use of the API. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months (so: $0 for free tier).

You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice unless you're doing something egregious.

We may update these terms. Significant changes get an email to account holders. Using the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (Netherlands specifically). Disputes go to the Amsterdam court system.
